Lens manufacturing know-how that Isuzu Glass has accumulated over the
years combined with the unique measuring methods and the inspection technique
have made possible to create the heat pressed integrated lens array. Compared
with the old type lens array that is made by cementing up lenses on a
substrate, our lens arrays are low cost and fit for mass production. They
have higher transmittance and better quality with stability. We can incorporate
any spherical, aspherical, cyrindrical and even odd shaped decentered
lens-cells to form an integrated lens array,also can apply multilayer
coatings. Isuzu Glass will manufacture the toolings based on your drawings
and the formula, then produce the integrated lens array.
